Interest rates for mortgages dropped slightly this week. The CPUC adopted a new flat fee for residential customers in addition to the cost of the electricity used. This will take effect later this year. We discuss all of this and more on this week’s Real Talk. Real Talk is the Right Side of Real Estate.
