As we move into the new year real estate prices remain steady and inventory remains low. Interest rates are starting to subside from their high point last year of nearly 8% coming back to near 6.5% for 30 year mortgages. Be prepared for more political chaos in this election year. If Trump is elected president the George Floyd riots will look like a walk in the park as the left will try to destroy the country they hate.
