California Air Resource Board has ruled that no more gas powered cars can be sold in California by 2035.  That by 2026 35% of all vehicles must be electric.  Our electric grid is already strained with rolling blackouts in the summers.  Can we double our grid capacity in 12 years?  How will that effect housing?  30 year interest rates are no closer to 6% than 5.5%.  Are move up buyers now choosing to wait to sell their homes and not move up?  We discuss all of this and more on this week’s Real Talk.  Real Talk is the Right Side of Real Estate.
