California Law requires the ballot language summarizing propostions to be neutral.  This is the nuetral descripion of Proposition 39 which requires voter ID to vote in California.  “PROHIBITS CITIZENS FROM VOTING UNLESS THEY PRESENT GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDENTIFICATION”  Yes, a California judge ruled that this is nuetral language.   Will borrowing $25 billion dollars to loan to families making over $120,000 a year and in some cases over $400,000 a year more affordable?  We discuss all of this and more on this week’s Real Talk.  Real Talk is the Right Side of Real Estate.
