California Air Resource Board is admitting the going all electric in California is not possible or wise.  Will the environmentalist listen?  Interest rates rise again and house prices are flattening.  One California neighborhood is considering changing it’s recorded CC&R’s to ban Air BnB’s.  Could it work?  Are you prepared for rolling black outs this summer?  We discuss all of this and more on this week’s Real Talk.  Real Talk is the right side of Real Estate.

Brad, listened to your podcast June 11, 2022. We are homeowners in track 129 Three Rivers. A secret committee was formed and new Cc&Rs dropped on our doorstep with a notary available within 10 days to pass a yes vote. Not all stakeholders were notified. I requested a public meeting where all 51 stakeholders could get answers to their many questions. Crickets. So, I put together a “neighbor gathering” myself. 38 attended. We need to talk. I’m ready to fight and stand firm for my rights!
